We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

This policy applies to all purchases made through the All Darts of Harrogate website.


Returns Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us via email before sending any items back. Include:

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return

Once your return has been approved, we will provide further instructions.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage costs.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange the return and ensure the correct item is sent to you or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

Items that have been used or show signs of wear

Items not returned in their original condition or packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with this policy.
