Shipping policy

At All Darts, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Monday–Friday: We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day for orders placed before 2:00pm.

Orders placed after the 2:00pm cut-off, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always aim to keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping Methods & Prices

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Our shipping prices are as follows:

Standard Delivery: £3.95

Express Delivery: £5.95

Orders over £50:

FREE Standard Delivery

Express Delivery: £3.95

Shipping options and prices will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Express Delivery & Weekend Orders

Orders placed on Fridays with Express Delivery are not guaranteed for weekend delivery.

Express delivery refers to a faster courier service and does not guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery: Typically delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or factors outside our control.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

We will investigate the issue with the courier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Once an order has been placed, the delivery address usually cannot be changed.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to rearrange delivery.

Any additional delivery costs incurred may be the responsibility of the customer.
