To celebrate 50 years of craftsmanship, the Warrior Kapene pays tribute to Shot’s heritage while guiding us into the future. “Kapene” means Captain — a symbol of leadership and strength. Inspired by our home and the warrior spirit, this dart features a laser-etched Ta Moko tattoo design by Tauranga carver Whare Thompson, wrapping around the barrel and echoed in the flight. Forged through decades of competition, the Kapene has a straight, centre-weighted barrel with a generous shark grip and front and rear scallops for strong push points. Finished with a superfine Titanium coating, it’s designed for both power and control. The Cinder Grip adds a fine layer of traction, ensuring a stable and consistent throw. Grip runs the full length of the barrel, giving players flexibility in finger placement.
